8:00-8:10 Goals:
§ Teachers will learn strategies to prepare students for the Biology EOC so that all students have the opportunity to be successful.
§ Teachers will understand the history and direction of high stakes assessments in science.
§ Teachers will identify ALL resources that are available to support Biology EOC prep through assessment, instruction and curriculum.
§ Teams of teachers will begin to prepare tools to use in the classroom, which will provide students with multiple opportunities to practice.
§ Teachers will identify the strengths and limitations of existing data tools that can provide information about student learning.
